Stunningly-located overlooking Harve des Fontaines Bay in Jersey, Roque Bay is a new development of 13 apartments and 3 town houses on the former site of The Shakespeare Hotel.

Designed by Castletree Homes, the range of one to two bedroom apartments and two to three bedroom houses benefit from outstanding sea views and private access to the beach. In addition, all of the properties receive a concierge service and private parking.

The quality of the build on the project was of utmost importance and this extended to the door and ironmongery package. Irontree were privileged to be selected to supply the complete doorset solution, managing the specification of all doors and hardware across the development. Satin white panelled doors in a range of glazed and fire rated designs were manufactured to project bespoke sizes. In addition, Art Deco door furniture in polished chrome finish was chosen to provide a high end aesthetic to compliment the design of the building. Finally, all doors were factory morticed for the ironmongery and fully paint finished ready for installation on site.
